Shipping rates for each sign are based on the package dimensions, shipping weight and destination. Signs are shipped using UPS ground; delivery time us usually 1 to 5 days. Upgrading shipping will only increase delivery time, not production time. Our signs are shipped from Charleston SC. I'll ship to Canada using UPS Canada Standard Service.
Each sign is made to order. This method of delivery emphasizes quality and reduces storage and warehousing fees. Our personalized signs are usually shipped in 3-9 business days. Our non personalized signs ship in 3-5 days.
Almost all of our sign orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our signs. As a work around, we suggest that you print the page from the website and include it in a card.
I cannot ship internationally.
International shipping rates are difficult
to collect, and some countries charge duties and tariffs that I am
unable to anticipate.

The Stout Shop tries to have your packages sent out within 24 hours of payment, Usually within one day. Packages will be shipped in normal carrier wrapping (i.e.: USPS/UPS packaging's).
Most of our products are packaged and shipped by a certified fulfillment service. If for any reason you are not happy with packaging or shipment, please let us know.
