We only accept returns for manufacturer error or defect. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are not our fault cannot be returned. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are our fault will be replaced at no charge. Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 90 days. Please call our Customer Service Department with each return request, and they will give you instructions.
If UPS or FedEx returns a package to us for any reason that is not our fault, ie, bad address, cannot contact customer, customer moved, we will contact you for re-shipment instructions. When we re-ship the package, there will be a $ 17.00 Re-ship fee as well as actual freight.
If UPS has to correct a delivery address before the item is delivered, there is a $ 15.00 Address Correction Fee for Ground deliveries and a $ 25.00 Address Correction Fee for Air deliveries.
Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 90 days. If the item was damaged or defective, please be sure to describe in detail the specific damage to the item as well as the packaging so we can determine if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.

1. I understand that this charge will be billed under our corporate name The Stout Shop, on my credit card.
2. I understand that the personalization spelling (if any) will appear exactly as I have entered it and The Stout Shop. does not automatically add punctuation and assume spelling is correct.
3. I have read the Production & Delivery Time page and understand that selecting express shipping will not speed up production of my order, only transit time.
4. I understand that normal production time of my order is 5-10 business days but may vary.
