The Stout Shop carries the highest quality products available. Our shoppers deserve the highest quality, most luxurious products available, and you expect a fair price for the quality you receive. We won't gouge our customers to make an extra buck. We are always concerned about quality and customer satisfaction. If there are problems or concerns about quality or appearance of our products we need to know, and we will correct the problem or discontinue the line.

Our products are made of high quality materials and high quality workmanship.

  1. Our Dartboards are the best in the world. Winmau and Nodor (the same company) are recognized as the international standard for competition darts and dartboards.
  2. Our personalized signs are hand made to order with your name, family name, business name, or motto.
  3. We offer a custom sign service, so if you have an idea for a sign, will usually be able to complete a sign to your specifications. The fees for developing a new sign are in addition to the product cost. Design work is completed on Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. What's special about The Stout Shop's service?

We offer four types of service.

  1. We are among a limited number of Internet retailers able to offer personalized gifts. We personalize gifts with a name, or a motto, or a business vision. It's your choice.
  2. Some products are stored and fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon protects its customers and ships customer orders within minutes. Look for the Amazon Prime Logo on my products. I trusted Amazon in 1998 and I still trust Amazon.
  3. Some products are in warehouse storage. They are shipped within 24 hours via UPS ground. You can upgrade shipping at checkout if necessary.
  4. Some products are manufactured on demand. They take 6 - 10 days to get into the delivery channel.
